The prices

Given are net prices in PLN/Euro per unit indicated in the table. The price does not include VAT.

Terms of payment

Payment terms are determined by the regional sales representative or SWAL sales office. The minimum size of a single order is PLN 200 (net). If you order goods of a lower value, SWAL reserves the right to increase the value to PLN 200.

Returns of goods

Returns of goods for reasons other than complaints are made only with the consent of SWAL in a value not exceeding 80% of the price of the purchased goods.

Complaints

In the event of a complaint, please contact your regional sales representative or SWAL sales office immediately. In the event of an unjustified call from a SWAL technical advisor to the construction site, SWAL will issue VAT for all costs (travel, labor, accommodation) to the company submitting the complaint.

Delivery time

Depending on the size of the order and the type of product, the delivery time may range from 2 hours to 30 days.

Transport cost

The ordering party will be charged transport costs in accordance with the weight and number of packages sent.

Cash on delivery

In the case of cash on delivery, SWAL reserves the right to charge the customer the cost of transport and an additional fee.

Parcel delivery

When receiving the goods, the customer is obliged to check whether the shipment has no damage caused during transport and to check the quantity and quality of the goods. If damage to the shipment is found, the condition for considering the complaint is to prepare a "Damage Report" in the presence of an employee of the forwarding company. SWAL has no influence on the specific delivery time of the shipment. Deliveries are made between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday. Deliveries at other times and on Saturdays require an appropriate fee for the courier company and may be agreed individually. If the courier does not find you at your home/company headquarters, he or she leaves a notice with information on how to contact the courier company and set a date for the next delivery (three delivery attempts). In the case of a complaint regarding the quantity of goods, the ordering party has 12 hours from delivery to report it.

The customer does not collect the parcel

If the recipient does not collect the parcel after three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the courier company returns the parcel to the sender. SWAL reserves the right to charge the recipient with the shipping costs (domestic or international) and refund it if, due to the recipient's fault, the courier company fails to deliver the parcel.

Incorrect address data

If the recipient provides incorrect or incorrect data in the address to which the parcel is delivered, SWAL reserves the right to charge the recipient an additional fee of PLN 13.

Orders

Ordering parties should place orders in writing by e-mail or via the SWAL website. If orders are placed by telephone, the ordering party is responsible for the wrong goods delivered to the customer or the goods being delivered to the wrong place of delivery.
